Career & personality development

Your workshops & seminars

In our workshops and seminars, you have the opportunity to continue your individual education beyond the content of your studies and gain even more practical insights. From workshops on the most relevant Microsoft, Adobe, AI and social media tools to simulated assessment center, application and public speaking training to mental health coaching and yoga courses, everything is included here to help you and your career progress.
The program changes every trimester and offers you a varied mix of new and recurring formats. This allows you to decide individually when you want to take part and acquire a variety of new skills over the course of your studies.

Benefit from the FHM network

Your job board

The FHM is well connected. The numerous touchpoints with business, politics and research have created a broad network of partners and contacts over the years, from which you as an FHM student should of course also benefit.

Partners from the more than 5,000 companies in the FHM network regularly contact us with vacancies that they would like to fill with FHM graduates.

These job applications are updated daily in the TraiNex job exchange, to which you have exclusive access as a student.

You can find the job exchange in TraiNex via the menu item "Study". Now click on the "Career" tab in the left-hand navigation bar and the job board will open. Using the filter function, you can either search for specific criteria or use the navigation bar on the right to display the latest vacancies.
