Vol. 1

FHM Hannover Sportreport

How is a radio program actually created? How does a radio report, a survey, a live broadcast, an interview work? Students on the "Sports Journalism & Sports Marketing" course at Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts (FHM) are currently learning exactly that in the "Journalistic Presentation Forms" and "Sports Teaching Editing I" modules. Radio presenter and FHM lecturer Sören Oelrichs first trains the students in the basics: How do I actually write a report? How do I create a questionnaire for an interview? How do I conduct an interview or a survey? The students then produce a complete radio program that will appear on "Renner" in August.
In the "Sportreport" podcast, the students will share this training with you and report on their experiences and the current status of the plans for the radio show.

Relaxed into the exam phase

Strong excitement, restlessness, a throbbing pulse, sweaty palms and the great fear of blacking out - exam stress is a major issue for many students. In this podcast series, FHM lecturer Dr. Isabelle Köhler takes you through seven days of mental preparation for upcoming exams. You will learn how to tap into your own power, how to spontaneously access positive feelings, how to motivate yourself, how to manage your stress and how to apply learning techniques in a targeted manner.

You will be supported in your learning process by NLP exercises, which can be traced back to Stephan Landsiedel (World on NLP). The abbreviation NLP stands for neuro-linguistic programming. The founders of this method are John Grinder and Richard Bandler. NLP is about using certain methods to sharpen your own perception, get to know your own ways of thinking and behavior and influence them positively. So listen in and learn how you can reduce your exam stress. NDR presenter and FHM teacher Sören Oelrichs, who produced this podcast series, ensures a pleasant podcast experience.
