Microsoft 365: Full power for your studies

As a student at FHM, all Microsoft 365 products are available to you free of charge for the duration of your studies. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or Teams - you have them all. And many more.

What's particularly practical is that you can use the products, applications and services on different devices regardless of location - whether Windows, macOS, iOS or Android operating systems. Your documents and settings are synchronized across all devices.

Login to the Microsoft 365 portal

To log in to Microsoft 365 and gain full access, you will need your personal login details. These consist of your FHM student email address and a password. You should have received both from us by email at the start of your studies.

If you have misplaced or accidentally deleted the email, you can request your login details again from the University Computer Center. Simply enter your matriculation number and your email address stored in TraiNex and we will send you your login details again. You can access the University Computer Center website here.

All data at the start and ready to go? Then you can log in directly to the Microsoft365 portal using your FHM student emails address.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

It can happen that the mail with your access data is mistakenly recognized as spam. Please therefore also check your spam folder.

If you cannot find the email, you can enter your login details on the University Computer Center again.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one via the University Computer Center

Our IT support will recognize that an account already exists and will send you a new password to the email address you entered in Trainex.

You can change your password after logging in on the Office page at https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info.

You can use the Microsoft Office365 application on 5 Windows/Mac devices, 5 tablets and 5 smartphones at the same time. You can find an overview of your devices here.

Your access to Microsoft 365 is valid for the entire duration of your studies. After the end of your studies (de-registration), your account will be deactivated and you will be granted a 30-day transition period to back up your data. You will receive an automated email to your FHM student email address.
